Palats product update December

This month's update improves every step in reusing through a marketplace: creating listings, managing orders, and statistical reports

Rearrange images

It’s now finally possible to rearrange the order of images for models and articles after they’ve been uploaded. Simply open the article or model you want to edit and drag and drop the images into the desired order. The first image will always be the one displayed in lists and on the marketplace.

Addresses in flow diagram

The flow diagram on the analytics page is widely used. A common request has been the ability to see not only how articles have moved between locations in Palats but also when a specific address has been entered at checkout. By segmenting a report by "destination," you can now track how articles have flowed from, for example, a storage unit to different addresses.

Delivery dates in the order list

A welcome update for those booking deliveries in Palats: You can now see if an order has a scheduled delivery and the delivery date. It’s also possible to filter by date, for instance, to view orders without a delivery date or those scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

More updates this fall

The product blogs may have taken a short break, but that doesn’t mean development has stopped! Here are some improvements we’ve rolled out this fall:

  • Filter listings by specification: In the marketplace, you can now filter listings by attributes like dimensions or color.
  • Edit orders after placement: Administrators can now remove items from an order if something was mistakenly ordered or needs to be changed. You can also switch the delivery method from shipping to pickup.
  • Delivery reminders: Two days before a booked delivery, both the advertiser and customer are notified of the upcoming delivery.
  • Bulk unpublish articles: Have many articles listed on the marketplace but no longer wish to sell them? Simply select all the articles and choose "unpublish."
