Palats product update September
In September, we have invested a lot of energy in tying up loose ends in the system to make it as intuitive as possible to use, with a major focus on model management.
Model Library
A request we have received from many customers is the ability to create models in advance before going out to inventory, as many already know approximately which models they have in their properties. This obviously speeds up the inventory work and ensures that the result becomes even better and more detailed.
You can now find the model library in the side menu of Palats on the web, where you can create and edit models as needed. Just like before, you can of course select from the model library when inventorying an item, or choose to create a new model.
Other Improvements
- More detailed data in reports: Under the "input data" tab on a report, you can now add a whole range of different columns for each event, making it easier to understand what happened and how it affects the statistics.
- Project roles: Each project now has both administrators and members, and it's easy to change a member to an administrator when needed.
- Improved experience for pickup and collection: Whether the customer picks up themselves or an administrator handles the order, it's now clearer what the next step is.
